Job summary

White Castle in Arnold, MO is seeking a Crew Manager to lead a busy team with a focus on guest satisfaction. If you have food service or management experience and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, and supervising colleagues. You’ll also run the fry/griddle, ensure cleanliness, and help deliver fast, friendly service to Cravers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
