Job summary

Team Fishel in Williamsburg, VA is hiring a Testhole Crew Leader to guide field crews in underground construction projects. You will assist the foreman, lead safety-focused operations, and help meet project goals in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires leading a 3-person crew, reading blueprints and specifications, and maintaining equipment. Starting pay is $22–$23 per hour, with industry training, benefits, and growth opportunities offered by Team Fishel.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively lead a 3-person testhole crew.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain wet and dry vacs for uncovering existing underground utilities.
• Ability to work from blueprints and specifications.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license.
• Starting pay $22–$23 per hour dependent upon applicable experience and certifications.

Description

Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is hiring Testhole Crew Leaders for underground construction projects in the Williamsburg, VA area. The Testhole Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the foreman by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
