Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape seeks experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Maintenance division. You will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion and drive crews to job sites as needed, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising lawn maintenance activities, ensuring training and tools are available, performing daily pre-trip checks, and coordinating with branch management, customers, and employees.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus.
