Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is looking for experienced Crew Leaders to supervise field crews in our Maintenance division. You will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion, ensuring safety, training, and proper equipment are in place as you work with customers and branch management.

In this role you will drive crews to sites, inspect daily safety and equipment, and coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality landscaping services for our clients.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
• Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus.
