Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is seeking a Crew Leader for our Chantilly, VA operation. You will lead crews on diverse projects, ensure safety, and manage timesheets and expenses to keep projects on track.

Qualified applicants will have experience reading blueprints, leading crews of 3–5 teammates, and operating site equipment such as directional drills and excavators. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working from blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience in outside plant fiber placement, manhole placement, hand hole placement, cable and fiber pulling, and inside conduit work.
• Experience successfully leading crews of 3 to 5 Teammates
• Equipment operating experience (directional drill, backhoe, mini excavator, trencher, plow, etc.)
• Limited travel required
