Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring Cable Placement Crew Leaders for underground construction projects in the Henrico, VA area. The Placement Crew Leader will assist the foreman by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.

Responsibilities include ensuring daily field reports, developing work-around procedures for delays, monitoring QA, maintaining safety practices, and reporting to the foreman. Starting pay is $23–$24 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively lead a 3-person placement crew.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain a mini excavator.
• Ability to work from blueprints, and specifications.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and meet Team Fishel driver qualifications.

The Placement Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the foreman by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
