Club Car Wash in Springdale, AR is seeking a friendly, energetic team lead to guide a fast-paced crew at our location on 820 N 45th Street. You will model outstanding customer service and ensure a safe, efficient car wash experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining service standards, and upholding company policies while presenting a neat, professional appearance. The role fits a full-time schedule with outdoor work in varying weather, offering growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and team mindset.
