Job Description

The Crew Leader will perform physical activities requiring strength and flexibility for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials. Responsibilities include emergency response, vacuum truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation, and high-pressure water blasting. The Crew Leader will use leadership skills to ensure safety and adherence to company and customer standards. This is a full-time position with potential overtime and up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead crews, provide feedback, assist, and train new employees according to company and client policies.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational.
  • Have general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K).
  • Be familiar with Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, ensuring all equipment necessary for safe and effective job completion.
  • Inspect work and equipment before starting.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety paperwork.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills internally and externally.
  • Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen and background checks.

Conditions

  • Work at industrial facilities.
  • Perform manual labor related to service tasks.
  • Respond to emergency calls 24/7 if needed.
  • Work shifts of 12-16 hours, indoors or outdoors, on your feet.
  • Operate hydro blasting equipment, including setting up hoses weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work at heights with fall protection and in confined spaces for extended periods.
