Club Car Wash in Aurora, IL is hiring for an entry-level team member to support outdoor/indoor operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers hourly compensation and a dynamic work environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading the team, training staff, maintaining a positive customer experience, and upholding company policies while working in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
