Shine is seeking a Field Lead to manage a 2-3 person crew and oversee residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects in Carmel, IN. You will load the van, set up equipment, supervise the crew, and ensure high-quality service from start to finish.

You will communicate with customers on-site, address concerns, complete post-job checklists, and maintain equipment and inventory. A valid license and ability to lead are essential for this full-time role.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and operate outdoors in all weather conditions.
• 1+ year of exterior cleaning, trades, or similar field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing manner.
• High reliability — punctual, consistent, and accountable.
• Ability to lead and set the pace for a crew.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Van Leads are the backbone of Shine's daily field operations. You own the job from start to finish — loading the van, running the crew, executing the service, and closing out with the customer. This is a leadership role in the field with direct commission upside tied to your crew's production.

Compensation

• General services: 16%-17% commission on fleet revenue
• Daily pay is MAX(hourly floor, commission earned) — you are never penalized for a slow day
• Commission increases available through advancement to Senior Van Lead
