Job summary

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance installation crew serving local projects.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess site conditions and assign duties to the crew to meet time and budget goals.
• Install products with support from the national team of professionals.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to meet company standards and deadlines.
• Provide customers with quality service and complete documentation.
• Supervise the crew and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Operate company vehicle to and from job sites on a daily basis.
