Job summary

The Wendy’s Company is hiring a Crew Member in Winter Haven, FL. You’ll be part of the family from Day 1, delivering fast, friendly service and great food. You’ll learn the ropes quickly with our comprehensive training and start earning with flexible scheduling and free meals while you work.

Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.00 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
