Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Brandon, FL is seeking a Crew Member to join our team. You’ll help prepare and serve great food, greet customers, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

No experience is required—our training program will have you up to speed quickly. The role offers flexible scheduling, free meals while on shift, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for growth within Wendy’s.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.50 Hr.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
