Job summary

Jiffy Lube Worcester is seeking a friendly, reliable Technician to help keep customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. You will perform oil changes and preventative maintenance while following standard safety procedures.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team in a fast-paced service environment.

On-the-job training is provided to ensure quality service and a positive guest experience at all times.

Job Purpose

As a Jiffy Lube Technician, you'll help keep our customer's vehicles running smoothly and safely.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Perform oil changes and other preventative auto maintenance on customer vehicles.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand on concrete or metal surfaces for extended periods of time.
• Lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds).
• Must be able to: push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, throughout the shift.
