YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees have a complete understanding of food preparation and service to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

Supporting the development and growth of our team members is vital. You will assist in conducting orientation and training for new employees, provide refresher training to current staff, supervise employee performance and behavior, and ensure adherence to company policies and high service standards. Attention to detail is essential; you will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, and minimize overtime. You will enforce portion control measures, maintain security protocols, check deliveries for accuracy and quality, and perform administrative tasks such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.
