Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief to join our Olympia, WA location. You will work with the General Manager to lead the crew, drive sales, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. Training opportunities are provided to develop leadership and automotive service knowledge.

As a Crew Chief, you will coach teammates, manage daily operations, and contribute to budgeting and forecasts while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
