Team Car Care in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will guide the crew, drive revenue growth, and mentor teammates while delivering top-notch guest service.

With 1–3 years of retail management, you will lead with a guest-first attitude, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Working directly with the General Manager (GM), ensuring revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus.
• Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency.
• Ensure our quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Carry out duties such as inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and coordinate with the District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
• Assist the GM in building and maintaining an engaged workforce.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction for achieving business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Enforce safety and productivity rules for teammates and guests.
• Assist guests with questions in-person, electronically, or by phone.
