Responsibilities

Your duties include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials to ensure clear understanding of food preparation and service for exceptional customer experiences.

You will support the development and growth of team members by conducting orientation and training for new employees, providing refresher training as needed, and supervising performance and behavior to ensure adherence to policy and high standards of service. You will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime, enforce portion control per SOPs, maintain security protocols while checking deliveries for accuracy and quality, and perform administrative procedures such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.
