MaineGuide is hiring a Grocery Crew Chief to lead a night crew, supervise stocking, unloading, and maintaining store conditions. You will train new members, oversee deliveries, and ensure inventory control while upholding store policies.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts. You must be able to lift heavy items and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work in freezer, refrigerator, and on the sales floor.
