Job summary

Trader Joe's in Naples, FL is seeking Crew Members to create a warm and friendly shopping experience. You’ll answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure customers feel welcomed and cared for.

You’ll work on teams, operate the cash register, bag groceries, stock shelves, and create signage to inform and delight customers. We value people who enjoy food and helping others.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team and take direction.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
• Experience handling cash is a plus.

Some responsibilities may include:

You\'ll learn a lot. You\'re not stuck doing one task here. Each Crew Member contributes to creating a WOW customer experience by participating in all aspects of the job.

If you have experience in art including penmanship, working with chalk, and large signage, that\'s a plus.

If you have a passion for people and a fervor for food, we\'d love to meet you. We can teach you the rest.

Stores have the greatest need for people that can work evenings and weekends.
