Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring a Crew Member to join the restaurant team in Gloucester, VA. The role requires helping with order taking, food preparation, and quality control to ensure quick, satisfying service for each guest.

You'll follow training materials, rotate through stations, and assist with safety, cleanliness, and accurate cash handling as part of a cooperative crew.

Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied.

The Crew Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job. Crew Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at any given time.

Little Caesars employees are required to work all positions within the restaurant. This requires different essential job functions to becompleted. Performing these positions enables us to provide quality products to our customers within a short period of time.

• Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness.
• Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items.
• Must be able to work with 650º oven temperatures.
• Must be able to follow directions and communicate (i.e. speaking, reading, hearing, writing) with customers, crew and management.
• The ability to process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly.
• The ability to do the following:
  • Lift one or both arms over head up to 100%.
  • Lift one or both arms from your sides up to 100%.
  • Bending of one or both arms to your shoulders up to 100%.
  • Bending of the back up to a minimum of 90º to lift objects from the floor.
  • Twisting of the back up to 90º left and right.
  • Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 55 pounds.
  • Squat or crouch to lift items from floor level
