Job summary

Nexthire is seeking a Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer in Pune with 8-10 years of experience. The role focuses on designing and building data-driven Snowflake solutions for complex business needs, including data modelling, warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong Snowflake development skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with data security, RBAC and governance. Domain preference includes Investment / Financial services, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Lead technical discussions, design reviews and POCs as needed.

• Identify opportunities to modernise platforms and reduce technical debt.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer who has hands‑on experience in designing and developing data‑driven solutions on Snowflake for complex enterprise business requirements.The candidate should have strong experience in Snowflake development, data modelling, data warehousing and ETL/ELT , along with good understanding of database architecture and data security.Candidates with experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Financial Services will be strongly preferred.

Must-Have Skills
