Job summary

KeyCorp seeks an Analyst, Portfolio Management to support underwriting and portfolio monitoring for multimillion-dollar corporate credit. You will analyze financial data, prepare underwriting documents, and assist with legal documentation while maintaining asset quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics and/or business required.
Experience in financial and/or borrower analysis required.
Underwriting experience preferred; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze financial data for clients or prospects, including financial spreads.
Model future financial performance and downside scenarios.
Prepare credit underwriting documents highlighting risks and mitigants.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support lending approvals.
Assist with review of legal documents and covenant monitoring.
Monitor portfolio performance and data integrity in Key's systems.
Identify potential credit concerns and communicate with deal team.
