Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking a Credit Analyst to assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and monitor customer accounts. You will partner with sales to gather documents and approve credit for new and existing customers, ensuring timely, accurate risk decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting, strong organization, and independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for offering credit services to our customers. This includes setting up, increasing and decreasing credit limits for new and existing customers. If you have a high sense of urgency, attention to detail and world-class customer service, our Credit Team is the right opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Review and process credit applications for new customer accounts
• Collaborate with sales representatives to collect necessary documents to approve credit for new and existing customers
• Process and review credit limit increase requests on existing accounts using credit report information, payment trend analysis, obtaining and reviewing customer financials, marketplace information and debt and stock ratings
• Resolve customer complaints and verify select financial transactions
• Perform proactive risk reviews on a portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with assigned teams to improve results
• Research potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus and other credit services
