Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks an operations professional to support day-to-day activities across multiple credit-focused funds in Stamford, CT. You will oversee settlements, reconciliations, cash/position accuracy, and fund-level expenses while collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties.

The role requires 4–8 years in hedge funds or alt investments, with exposure to fixed income or credit products, strong recon and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to drive

Qualifications

• 4–8 years operations experience within hedge funds or broader alt investments.
• Exposure to fixed income and/or credit products.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day investment operations across multiple credit-focused funds.
• Oversee trade activity, settlements, reconciliations and cash/position accuracy.
• Manage fund-level expenses and other operational activity.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with external service providers.
• Support fixed income and financing-related transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Help improve and automate operational workflows as the platform continues to grow.
