Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Credit Data Steward to own governance for critical credit data assets across the bank. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and regulatory alignment of lending data used in decisioning, risk reporting, and portfolio management.

You will collaborate with business, technology, risk and data governance teams to establish data standards, resolve data quality issues, and enable trusted data across locations including Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, accounting, IS, data management or related field.
• 7–12+ years of data management and governance experience.
• Experience with commercial credit data and regulatory reporting preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metadata, data definitions and data quality standards.
• Establish ownership and accountability for critical credit data elements.
• Lead governance activities for borrower, guarantor, collateral, exposure, and loan performance data.
• Collaborate with IT, risk and business units to implement data quality controls.
• Support regulatory reporting and risk analytics with trusted data.
