Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisation.
• Expertise in developing credit models.
• A bachelor's in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, engineering).
• Knowledge of data science tools, including Python, SQL, and production frameworks.
• Familiarity with probability and statistics fundamentals.
• Ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accurately.
• Experience productionising research into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
