L&M Headquarters is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our Accounting team in Grand Rapids, MN. This full-time role focuses on managing credit and collections to optimize cash flow and minimize credit risk.

The ideal candidate has an accounting/finance degree and 3+ years in credit, collections, or AR, with strong analytical and communication skills. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with targeted pay range provided.

We are looking for someone who to join our Accounting team and contribute to a positive working environment. We are looking for someone who has an Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance AND 3+ years of experience with credit & collections, accounts receivable, or similar financial role.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours

Targeted Pay Range: $23.50-$28 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Our Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for overseeing L&M's credit and collections processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, maintaining the quality of customer credit portfolios, and providing the Corporate Controller and CFO with accurate visibility into accounts receivable aging and credit risk.
