• Spread and analyze personal and business financial statements, including tax returns, to assess financial capacity for lending.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Lending officers to ensure complete and accurate documentation for new credit proposals and renewals.
• Assist in evaluating loan requests vigilantly, applying credit policies, identifying risks, and preparing clear, high-quality analysis for management and credit committees.
• Communicate effectively with Retail and Lending staff throughout all phases of credit review to facilitate efficient approvals.
• Ensure all loan files comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
