Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a credit analysis role.
• Ability to interpret, understand and analyze financial statements.
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
• Proficient in databases, MS Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding credit issues and review credit limit adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain quality and integrity of the A/R portfolio.
• Perform in-depth customer research using multiple resources.
• Compile detailed financial analyses focusing on liquidity and solvency.
• Work with customers to reduce delinquency on assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to accelerate credit processes.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding customer accounts.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting for the direct supervisor.
• Input and report credit and financial data regularly.
• Analyze and monitor credit risk under various scenarios.
