Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Credit Operations Analyst with German

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Review and manage credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
  • Monitor customer financing repayments (cash collection, past due management, write-offs).
  • Process customer claims efficiently.
  • Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams.
  • Establish close partnerships with stakeholders across our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and accurate quality control of client data.
  • Continuously look for improvements in processes and implement them in our systems.

Our requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans and leases.
  • Proficiency in English and German (B2+).
  • University degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions, handle complaints and work well under pressure.
  • Affinity for numbers.
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
