Job summary

Club Car is a leading global manufacturer of golf carts and related vehicles. The Credit Analyst on the Commercial Finance team will handle daily and monthly tasks for the Americas Golf & Turf and Consumer channels, focusing on floorplan credit reviews and timely reporting.

The role requires a finance/accounting background, 1+ years of relevant experience, and strong Excel and Office skills. Collaboration with AP and lenders is essential to ensure accurate payoffs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
• Minimum of 1+ years of accounting/finance related experience.
• Detail-oriented, deadline sensitive and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel; GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily floorplan credit review for newly added orders not processed through API.
• Daily floorplan review and approval for orders through User car floorplan.
• Coordinate and submit payables for car deal payoffs and cash for trade payments with Accounts Payable.
• Review 3rd party lease transactions and deliver orders to lender contacts; verify pricing, quantity, rates, residuals, terms.
• Update lease orders, Mapics data, and related files per compliance standards.
• Prepare weekly floorplan summaries and API order exception reporting; perform trade/payoff reconciliations.
• Support SOX controls and company SOPs.
