You will set up accounts, establish credit limits, handle inquiries, monitor past-due accounts, apply payments, and provide AR aging reports.

Responsibilities

• Determine if orders can release when on credit hold.
• Respond to emails from internal and external customers.
• Follow up on past-due accounts weekly.
• Apply payments and review discount reports as needed.
• Provide AR aging reports and invoices on request.
• Train on other team areas to support workflow.
