Job summary

Uline is seeking a Credit Analyst in Waukegan, IL to review orders, analyze accounts and credit reports, and determine credit limits to keep customer orders moving. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and on-site collaboration with the finance team.

You will prepare financial analyses, monitor payment trends, and present insights to leadership, supporting operational decisions and customer experience for a growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
