Job description

Numbers tell stories-but only if you know how to read between the lines. We're looking for a sharp, analytical Credit Analyst who doesn't just crunch data, but interprets it with clarity, confidence, and conviction. This role sits at the nerve center of lending decisions, balancing risk with opportunity and helping drive smart, strategic growth.

If spreadsheets feel like second nature and financial statements read like a language you're fluent in, keep going.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze commercial and/or consumer credit requests with a disciplined, detail-driven approach

  • Assess borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, and overall creditworthiness

  • Prepare clear, concise credit memos that tell a compelling risk story

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and lenders to structure deals intelligently

  • Monitor existing loan portfolios for performance, trends, and emerging risks

  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards

  • Contribute to ongoing credit process improvements and portfolio strategy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 2-5+ years of credit analysis experience (commercial banking preferred)

  • Strong financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling skills

  • A disciplined mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to make sound judgments in complex or ambiguous situations

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills-you can explain the \"why\", not just the \"what\"

  • Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Excel

What Sets You Apart

  • You don't just identify risk-you quantify it, articulate it, and help navigate it

  • You’re comfortable asking hard questions and challenging assumptions

  • You balance analytical rigor with business awareness

  • You move with urgency but never sacrifice precision

Why This Role

This is more than a back-office function. It's a seat at the table where decisions are shaped and deals take form. You'll work alongside experienced lenders, gain exposure to diverse industries, and play a direct role in driving responsible growth.

If you're ready to turn analysis into impact, this is your arena.
