Bank of America in Dublin offers a GCIB Credit Summer Analyst internship designed to immerse you in life as a credit analyst. You’ll be aligned to one of the Corporate, Financial Institutions, or Leveraged Finance credit teams and will deliver real work on the desk.

You’ll receive formal training, ongoing mentorship, and on‑the‑job support to develop credit analysis, memos, and risk assessments, setting you up for a potential full‑time opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• Candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with completion between Sept 2027 and July 2028; evidence may be requested.
• Must be available to join June–August 2027.
• On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive qualitative and quantitative credit analysis to assess counterparty credit risk.
• Compile detailed credit memos and risk rating scorecards for new and existing clients.
• Present recommendations to senior colleagues in written and verbal format.
• Work on in-flight projects to support the Enterprise Credit mandate.
