Qualifications

• Ability to listen, comprehend and establish rapport with customers.
• Competency in multitasking.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones for admin office, evaluate A/R for account overrides, make collection calls.
• Process Experian commercial and consumer credit reports.
• Accept and process credit card and check by phone payments.
• Reconcile A/R accounts as necessary.
• Prepare daily deposits of payments on account.
