Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a fully remote role covering providers and facilities across multiple states. You will oversee end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment to ensure compliant and timely processing.

The position requires a BA/BS in health care administration or related field and 3+ years in credentialing within behavioral health, including CAQH and multi-state workflows.

• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and facilities across Connections Health Solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Coordinate Primary Source Verification, attestation management, and multi-state licensing where applicable.
• Support ongoing maintenance, recredentialing, and delegations of authority.

What You’ll Do:

Under the direction of the Director, RCM Implementation, the Credentialing Coordinator manages the end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment process for behavioral health providers, behavioral health support (BHS) staff, and facilities across Connections Health Solutions (CHS). This role serves as the subject matter expert for credentialing requirements across licensed clinical providers and non-licensed behavioral health support staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files that support billing, payer enrollment, and delegation of authority obligations.
