Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to track multiple tasks, deadlines and documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in credentialing processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication with physicians, staff, payors, and providers.
• Ability to proactively follow up on outstanding requirements and reminders professionally.
• Willingness to travel locally to Highlands facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and provider-facing support for credentialing, enrollment, and related provider compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate credentialing and demographic information for Highlands providers and facilities.
• Assist with preparation, submission, and tracking of credentialing and enrollment applications.
• Track status, deadlines, and required documentation; follow up to ensure timely submissions.
• Communicate with providers about outstanding credentialing requirements via in-person, phone, electronic messaging, or text.
