Job summary
Mission Pet Health seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join Granville Veterinary Clinic in Granville, OH. You will provide comprehensive patient care, support anesthesia and surgeries, and help maintain high standards of evidence-based veterinary medicine.
Ideal candidates are AVMA-accredited graduates with an active state license, strong clinical skills in nursing, dentistry, radiology and lab work, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. One year of experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- Current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
- Calm, efficient approach in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication and collaboration with the medical team.
- One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care as a vital part of the medical team.
- Assist with anesthesia, nursing tasks, surgeries and diagnostics.
- Educate clients and review medical records with confidence.
- Mentor and support teammates to maintain high hospital standards.
