Lakefield Veterinary Group is looking for a dedicated Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $25,000 and $30,000 annually, along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) – Full Time – $1,500 sign‑on bonus

Lake Harriet Veterinary seeks an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our 7‑doctor practice. We are looking for a self‑motivated, team player who is kind, respectful of staff and clients, and ready to work in a busy practice. Applicants should have current CVT certification and be able to work flexible hours. The practice closes early on Fridays at 4:00 p.m. and at 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Running the laboratory, including in‑house diagnostics and outgoing lab sample processing
• Managing technician appointments
• Supporting a DVM during appointments
• Assisting in surgery, including preparation, anesthesia, dental prophylaxis, and dental radiographs
• Providing support for the entire treatment area staff in the Float position
