Bond Vet is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) in Boston, MA. This role offers strong compensation and benefits, with pay ranging from $25–$36/hour and up to $40/hour with anesthesia/surgical experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration

  You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

  What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
  • Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
  • Experience in surgery and anesthesia strongly preferred
  • CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
  • 3+ years experience as a veterinary technician preferred
