Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
- One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and lab work.
- Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
- Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions.
- Support hospital culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high standards.
