Midtown Animal Hospital in Sacramento seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our established, full-service team. You will provide clinical support across nursing, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and lab work, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

You’ll mentor colleagues, educate clients, and help maintain a calm, efficient hospital flow in a busy, community-focused practice with AVMA-accredited training. A strong team culture and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Assist with dentistry including extractions and other procedures.
• Lead and mentor team members to maintain efficient workflow.
• Educate clients on treatments and review medical records.
