Chewy Vet Care is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our Healthcare Practice Team in Denver, CO. This full-time role is designed to support our veterinary teams with advanced equipment and patient-centered care created by veterinarians.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited veterinary technology program and current licensure is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in practice is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to complete the veterinary technician skills checklist for Veterinary Technician III.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level veterinary medical care and uphold the Chewy mission to deliver a pet parent WOW experience.
• Implement policies, use integrated technology, and deliver care within the given skills.
• Support inventory management, training, and team mentoring.
• Care for patients including blood transfusion, oxygen therapy, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry and wound care.
• Follow SOPs and communicate patient updates to veterinarians in real time.
