Think Together is seeking Credentialed Teachers to deliver academic and enrichment activities for TK-6th grade students at partner schools in California. You will lead a small team to support students, meet state requirements, and coordinate with school staff.
You will develop lesson plans, differentiate instruction, assess student progress, and communicate with parents to foster a positive educational environment. This position supports field and office operations within Think Together.

JOB SUMMARY: Think Together’s Credentialed Teachers are designed to deliver the required academic and enrichment activities, while relieving teachers from their classroom to attend either Data Reflection or Professional Development sessions and/or any meetings or trainings as required by the school or district. You will oversee the daily activities and structure of the program serving in a 3-4-person team that will work closely with 20-25 students per team member combined. In collaboration with the Lead Credentialed Teacher, together you will develop benchmarks, agendas, and trainings to ensure all customers’ needs are met.
