TXT.com in Southern California is seeking a Social Media & Event Manager to shape our digital presence and unite our creator community. You will develop campaigns that showcase TXT.com's value for creators and organize compelling online and offline events.

Collaborating with marketing, growth, and creator success teams, you will track performance, stay ahead of trends, and translate engagement into meaningful growth opportunities for influencers across entertainment and social media.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, event planning, or community building.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with a passion for social media trends.
• Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing social media and event performance.
• Proficiency in social media management platforms.
• Fluent in German (English is a big plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social media channels.
• Design campaigns that highlight TXT.com's value for creators and enhance brand awareness.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with creators and fans.
• Organize online and offline events, meetups, and workshops that connect creators and industry professionals.
• Work closely with marketing, growth, and creator success teams to align content and event strategies.
• Track key social media and event metrics to optimize future initiatives.
• Keep up with social media trends, event best practices, and industry developments to stay ahead.
