Job summary

Bubble Goods is seeking a Content, Community & Influencer Specialist to shape how we show up in the world. You will own the content calendar, craft campaigns across social channels, and develop creator relationships to build an authentic community around our brands.

You will manage the launch of our influencer platform, recruiting creators, coordinating with teams, and turning relationships into engaging content. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with room to evolve as Bubble Goods scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, community, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with familiarity across LinkedIn, YouTube, and marketing platforms.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, UGC, or brand partnerships.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and content tools.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly content and campaign calendar across social and email.
• Create content, copy, and messaging for campaigns across channels.
• Produce short-form video, founder stories, product features, and UGC assets.
• Identify trends and moments for compelling content and series.
• Coordinate photography, UGC, and assets for campaigns.
• Track performance and apply insights to improve content and engagement.
