Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft compelling displays that highlight products and seasonal trends. You will translate fashion statements into three‑dimensional setups, install promotional collateral, and collaborate with teams to maintain a brand-right, accessible shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma (art or merchandising preferred) and prior merchandise or visual presentation experience. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in art or merchandising is preferred.
• Experience in merchandise or visual presentation is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising projects and marketing campaigns in assigned departments monthly.
• Select merchandise from selling floor to style mannequins and drapers.
• Install vinyl, wall signs, and prop collateral per company direction.
• Set up and maintain fixtures using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Maintain brand consistency and an accessible shopping environment.
