Job summary

Hyperbound is hiring a Creative Video Producer and Motion Designer to bring product stories to life through video. You’ll own the creative process from concept to final cut, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to simplify complex technology for audiences.

This is a hands-on role with flexibility for part-time or full-time arrangements. You’ll lead production across storytelling, motion graphics, and on-location shoots, delivering polished videos for multi-channel

Qualifications

• Storytelling instinct to turn complex ideas into compelling stories.
• Own the full production process from concept to delivery.
• Strong craft with cameras, lighting, audio, and on-location shoots.
• Ability to animate UI, create motion graphics, and design assets.
• Self-starting, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine direction.

Responsibilities

• On set filming customer interviews and founder stories.
• Directing conversations, managing equipment, ensuring shot coverage.
• Create content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Meta ads.
• Turn raw footage into final edits and social cuts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product on campaigns and briefs.
